How Do I Make A Deposit?
Once you have complete your account security and verification steps you will be able to make your first deposit. To do so, navigate to the drop down menu in the upper right of the web app and select "Deposit USD."
*Currently deposits are only supported on the web app.
You will receive a message requesting you to select a payment method.
*Currently the app only supports the credit/debit option. Visa and Matercard debit/credit are supported. Any other card company or pre-paid cards are not supported
Select "Add New Card" to begin.
*For future deposits you will be able to select a stored payment method as shown below.
You will next select the amount that you would like to deposit.
* Minimum deposit amount is $1
Once your deposit has processed you will receive a confirmation with a transaction ID. If your deposit has failed you will receive an error.
* If you have received an error and have insured that you have met all of the required criteria to successful complete the deposit, please contact our support teams.
You have now completed your onboarding steps, congratulations.
