How can I secure my account?

Here at Kolex, we want to make sure that your account is secure. We provide you with the option to enable 2FA for your account. We also provide you the option to go through the KYC(Know Your Customer) Process. This information can be found in the settings section of your account.

How Do Enable 2FA?

Navigate to the settings menu in the upper right of the web app or upper left of the mobile app. Select "Manage Two Factor Authentication" and You will receive an "Enable " Message.

Next you will need to connect your account to the authenticator app of your choice. You can either use the QR scanner option within your authenticator app or if you have an authenticator running on your computer you can select the "Open Authenticator" Option. Make sure to write down the back up code provide in case you change phones or lose access to your authenticator app. Once connected enter the 6 digit verification code provided by your authenticator app and your password to continue.
