What Is The Kolex Store?
As a collector on Kolex you have access to our in app store where you can purchase physical Hybrid Packs as well as any digital or event drops that may be currently taking place.
How To Navigate The Store?
You can enter the in app storefront by selecting "Store & Drops" from the side menu in the web app and the "Shop" icon in the mobile app.
The first thing that will be presented to you within the store will be the current Physical Hybrid Sets and Digital Pack Drops that are available.
Below this you will see past digital drops. These can be broken down by season to provide some insight into how many packs were released in a given season.
What Information Can I See In A Digital Pack Listing?
Lets take a look at a digital pack listing to identify the key information that is provided.
The first thing that you will notice at the top of the listing is the collection information and where it can be purchased. We can see the CS:GO logo in the upper left identifying the category of the pack. Next to this we can see whether the pack can be purchased from the store or if it is only obtained from the spinner wheel. We can also see if the sale of the packs is "Now Available," "Completed," or " Sold Out." Finally we can see how many collectibles are available in each pack.
Next we are provided with the pack art as well as the pack title and description. This information will include amount of collectibles in the pack, any major hits available and rewards. Finally, you can find the drop date and pack cost on the bottom of the listing.
Where Can I Find The Packs I Purchased?
You can view the packs you have purchased by selecting "My Packs & Boxes" from the side menu or the "Pack" Logo at the top right of the page. You can simply select "Packs" from the mobile app home screen to see your current packs.
How Do I Open My Pack?
Once you are in your packs section you can list your pack on the market, go to the pack information page or open the pack. You will follow the same steps lined out in Marketplace Overview article to list your packs for sale. If you select the information icon you will be taken to the pack information page which will provide detailed information about the pack, cards in the collection and pull odds. Finally, you can choose to open the pack by pressing the "Open Pack" button. Once you have selected this, you will be provided with a pack opening animation and your unrevealed collectibles. You will be able to see what tier each collectible is but will have to reveal the collectibles to see which ones they are. You have the choice to do this individually or all at once. After you have revealed your collectibles, you will be provided a summary of the pack including the collectibles, mint numbers and if they are new to your collection. You can return to the packs page or open another pack if you own one.
How Do I Purchase Physical Hybrid Boxes?
You will be able to see what current Physical Hybrid Sets are available under the "Live & Upcoming" section of the store. Once you find the listing you would like select it and complete your purchase. The order will be shipped to your provided shipping address.
