What Is 2FA?

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is an essential security feature that adds an extra layer of protection to your Kings League by Kolex account.

Once activated in your Kolex account, the system will ask you to enter a randomly generated code each time you log in to the account. To find this code, you will need to go to the 2FA app installed on your smartphone. Once this secondary verification is entered, our system will grant you access to your account.

​Why Is It Important?

This two-factor authentication process enhances security by requiring two separate logins, making it difficult for unauthorized individuals to access your account, even if your password has been compromised.

​How Can I Activate It?

In order to activate the 2FA on your Kolex account please go to the task table located at the upper part of the page and click on the icon with 3 horizontal lines on the right side of the balance display

1. Select ¨My Settings¨
2. ​Select ¨General¨
3. ​Click on ¨Manage Two Factor Authentication¨
4. ​Click on ¨Enable¨
5. ​Write down and keep safe your Backup Code
6. ​Scan the QR Code with your Authenticator App
7. ​Once the 2FA is set, introduce the 2FA Code, Password and click on ¨Enable¨
