What is the KYC process?

The KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure is a standard procedure used by our platform to verify the identity of our users. This procedure allows us to filter and prevent malicious actors from using our platform allowing us to offer you an environment where you can safely collect, compete and meet other kings league enthusiasts.

By completing the KYC process you will be able to enjoy all the features available within our platform.

​​How can I complete it?

In order to start the KYC process please go to the task table located at the upper part of the page and click on the icon with 3 horizontal lines on the right side of the balance display

Select ¨My Settings¨

Select ¨General¨

Inside the ¨Security & Identity¨ section, select ¨Verify Identity¨

Click on ¨Continue¨

Submit your personal information including first name, last name, address, zip code, city and country. Once you fill in the form click on ¨Continue¨

Click on ¨Choose document¨

Select the country of issuance of the ID document you wish to use and follow the instructions indicated, including the submission of photos from the ID document you will use for verification.

Before submitting any photos, please make sure that the photos are of good quality, centered, with no cropping around the document and no shadows or reflections on it.

Disclaimer: You are only permitted to complete KYC on one account. Any attempt to KYC another account can be seen as an action against our terms of use and may result in disciplinary action. 

Images of an official document must be of the original document and not an image of that doc. A picture of a doc, screenshot or image of a computer screen will not be accepted.

The selfie image must be an authentic image of the account holder. You are not permitted to submit an image of yourself or another person as this image. If we find that you are submitting an image of another person, it can be seen as an action against our terms of use and may result in disciplinary action.
