Kolectiv Migration FAQ

How to migrate?

If you’ve signed up for Kolectiv with the same e-mail as Kolex your account will be migrated automatically.

If you don't have an account on Kolex you will need to enter an email and password on the Kolectiv homepage to create your account, once you do you can merge your collection across.

1. Go to kolectiv.gg

2. Enter the email and password you wish to use on Kolex

3. Click confirm to initiate the migration

FAQ

Does Kolex use ETH?

• No Kolex uses its own currency, 'coins'. Please take this into account when listing and purchasing items off the secondary market.

Can I migrate more than one account into my Kolex account?

• No, only one account can be migrated.

When is the last day I can migrate my Kolectiv Account to Kolex?

• 31st August 2025.

What will happen if I don’t migrate my account by 31st August 2025?

• Please refer to the ACCOUNT INACTIVITY POLICY section in Kolex Terms and Conditions.

Can the migration be undone?

• No, the migration is final and cannot be reverted

Do I need to have my browser or computer on-line for the migration to complete?

• No, once the migration is initiated on the destination Kolex account - it will start and finish unattended.

Will the packs I had on Kolectiv be migrated over?

• Yes, the packs will be migrated over and you will be able to open, list, and buy them on the secondary marketplace.

Will I be able to trade Kolectiv artwork on Kolex?

• Yes, you will be able to trade your Kolectiv artwork on Kolex.

Will I be able to move my Kolectiv to IMX or from IMX to Kolex?

• Yes you will have the same interoperability with IMX as you had on Kolectiv.

How long is the migration period?

• 3 Weeks, until August 31st, 2025.

Will I be able to migrate my Eth?

• No, you will need to withdraw your Eth during the migration period.

Will there still be a leaderboard for my collection of Kolectiv Cards?

• Kolex will still rank the collections as they were on Kolectiv, however, there will no longer be airdrops or rewards for holding / maintaining a certain rank.
