Q: How do I redeem the Card?
A: You can contact us at [email protected], and we can assist you with the process.

Q: When will my Signature be shipped?
A: We are aiming for December to begin shipments. We are currently working with the manufacturer to package the signature cards. Once they are in our possession, the shipment timeline will be within 30 days of receiving the redemption card.

Q: What Signature Cards can be redeemed?
A: The Following Cards are currently signed and part of the redemption pull:

Q: Who pays shipping for the Redemption Signature Card to Kolex?
A: Customers will be responsible for paying shipping to Kolex. We recommend sending with a tracking option.

Q: How will Kolex ship the Signature card to me?
A: Kolex will pay to ship via USPS Tracked with $100 insurance. Collectors can request additional insurance up to $500 but will pay the difference in costs & may incur additional customs fees upon receipt.

Q: What happens if the card is lost in transit to Kolex?
A: The customer is responsible and will need to recover the package or complete a claim with the postal service. We would not be able to ship the signature

Q: What happens if the Signature is lost in transit to me?
A: Kolex will manage the claim process. If the package is not delivered we will replace the Signature card in a new shipment.
